The world's oldest Champagne house, Ruinart, proudly presents its new vision of a single-varietal Champagne that revives the ancient tradition of tirage under natural cork: the Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010.

20 years of oenological refinement have already given this quintessential Blanc de Blancs, produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, a truly multi-layered aromatic depth. Key to this further development however is a return to “tirage à liège”, bottle ageing under natural cork.
