Bollinger Appoints Émilien Boutillat as New Cellar Master

Émilien Boutillat has been appointed as the new Cellar Master of the Champagne house Bollinger. He is currently serving as Chief Winemaker at Piper-Heidsieck.

The Champagne house Bollinger has announced the appointment of Émilien Boutillat as its new Cellar Master. From 1 October 2026, he will be responsible for the Bollinger style and will guide the house through its next phase of development as it approaches its 200th anniversary.
