Shota Itoi visits Stockholm for a one night only four-hands dinner with Petter Nilsson at “Petri” on January 25.

Itoi’s Ishikawa restaurant, Aubergeeaufeu, is a rising star in Japan. Having trained at L’Auberge de l’Ill and The French Laundry, Itoi joins Petter to blend French technique with Petri’s local and seasonal produce prepared in a Japanese manner. This special evening includes an exclusive sake pairing in collaboration with Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten and Flying Brewery and is priced at SEK 2250 including sake.
