Champagne Bollinger launches new luxury cuvée

“You don't make a great champagne overnight, so we have to start preparing now so that we can celebrate our upcoming anniversary in a worthy manner,” said Charles-Armand de Belenet, head of this unique champagne house, at a presentation held last week at the winery for the international press. The main reason for the invitation, however, was the launch of a new product in the top quality category, namely a champagne from a vineyard that is particularly important for Bollinger.
