Customers in European restaurants may soon be able to order 3D-printed steak substitutes. Israel-based Redefine Meat has rolled out its first whole cuts of plant-based "meat" and hopes to sell it to thousands of restaurants over the next year. Redefine Meat launched in 2018 and produced the world's first 3D printed plant-based steak the same year. It can “print” 10kg of plant-based meat, which aims to emulate the texture of real meat, every hour, according to the Financial Times.
