Malmö gets its first Portuguese-inspired bar with Olá

Having spent the past two decades travelling to Portugal through his wife’s family ties in Lisbon, café owner, restaurateur and event producer Ola Rasmusson realised Malmö was missing a venue dedicated to Portuguese food, drinks and culture. The idea for Olá was born. Guests can expect ice-cold Portuguese beer, wines from across the country and a menu of simple, well-loved dishes. The interior features Portuguese-inspired tilework created by a local artisan, while pastries and bread are supplied by Malmö baker David Fernandes of Patisserie David. Many of the ingredients are sourced directly from Portugal.
