Food fans get ready! A huge complex dedicated to French gastronomy will open to the public in Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, next month.

After more than a decade of planning, the centre featuring 1,750-sqm of exhibition space, will finally open to the public on May 6, 2022. The Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, or international centre for gastronomy and wine, is an ambitious project that has cost €250 million/$268 million.
