Michelin Guide reveals new restaurant awards in UK and Ireland

The new restaurant selection includes Cycene in London, which has been awarded one star.

The 2023 restaurant selection of the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland was revealed on March 27 at an event at Silverstone in Northamptonshire. This year, three new restaurants have been awarded two stars and 20 new restaurants one star; four restaurants have received a green star.
