The inaugural Michelin Guide Dubai has awarded two Michelin stars to two restaurants: Il Ristorante - Niko Romito and STAY by Yannick Alléno.

The 2022 selection of the Michelin Guide Dubai – the first edition in the United Arab Emirates – singles out a total of 69 restaurants, covering 21 cuisine types, for stars and Bib Gourmands.
