Veuve Clicquot unveils “La Grande Dame Rosé 2018,” a prestige cuvée inspired by the pioneering vision of Madame Clicquot, the woman affectionately known as “La Grande Dame de la Champagne.” In 1818, she broke with convention by blending carefully selected red wines from Bouzy with white wine, creating what is considered the first known blended rosé Champagne.
