50 Best Restaurants 2024: The Sézanne in Tokyo rises to the top of Asia

The selection of the best restaurants in Asia was made by the renowned Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Academy. A group of 318 experts consisting of food critics, chefs, restaurateurs and regional culinary leaders. This year's list, which includes restaurants from 19 Asian cities - including eight up-and-coming newcomers - reflects the diversity and innovation of Asian gastronomy.
