Barr Reopens in Copenhagen with a Renewed Concept

Copenhagen restaurant Barr will reopen on June 1 at Strandgade 93 following an extensive renovation and a refreshed concept centered around the food traditions of the North Sea and Baltic regions.

Since opening in the former noma space in 2017, Barr has explored the culinary cultures connected to Northern Europe’s coastal regions. The new chapter builds on that identity while placing greater emphasis on atmosphere, convivial dining and informal hospitality.
