New London Restaurant ‘Miro’ to Offer £3,000 Dish

A new Mayfair restaurant hits the headlines even before opening with a caviar-extravaganza of a dish costing £3,000 – ideally to be paired with a £5,000 Dom Pérignon Champagne.

Slated to open next week, restaurant Miro will introduce a special £3,000/$3,580 dish and a range of cocktails priced between £500 and £50,000. Led by Chef Toby Burrowes, previously of Zuma London and Michelin-starred Elystan Street, the menu promises a “dramatic presentation and a lot of creativity without compromising on quality.”
