Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger
A cloudy amber colour. On the nose, aromas of apple and slightly ethereal, vegetal herbal notes. There is initially a subtle bitterness on the palate, followed by delicate apple and herbal notes. Dry mouthfeel, with a good balance of acidity and restrained sweetness, with a tartly fruity and slightly bitter finish.

Cloudy amber colour. The aroma is of apple and slightly ethereal, vegetal herbal notes. A fine bitterness on the palate, followed by fine apple and herbs. Dry mouthfeel, good balance of acidity and restrained sweetness. Fruity-tartness, slightly bitter finish.
