Honey yellow colour with an apparent cloudiness. Light sweetness and acidity on the nose, notes of honey and green grapes. The same sweetness and winey flavour on the palate, then subtle acidity comes through, followed by a slight bitterness at the end. Pleasantly tangy, velvety on the palate, very balanced! The flavours from both worlds (wine and beer) are clearly perceptible. Goes well with fish dishes and fruity desserts.
