Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Pleasantly fruity aroma: dried fruits, plus intense hop notes, expressive but not too perfumed. Pleasantly full-bodied on the palate with very fine carbon dioxide. Apricot notes, tropical hints and tart hop nuances. Beautiful, grippy bitterness on the finish.
