A fragrant type! The naturally cloudy "Weisse" has an inviting orange and peach aroma ("like a fruit cake"). On the palate, there is plenty of carbonic acid; the fine citrus notes and light sesame seeds also leave room for the yeast. Crisp, gripping and very typical of the style!
