Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 30.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Medium reddish brown, bright white, rather weak foam. Dried fruit, toffee and some port wine on the nose, very multi-faceted with a slight alcohol warmth. Mouth-filling on the palate with subtle carbonation and intense dried fruit notes. Sweetish but also subtly salty. Lingers for a very long time. Should be enjoyed in small sips.
