Alaia Grape Ale «Charles Rolaz» from the brewery Hammel – Terres de Vins has been rated with 92 Falstaff points . It is a Bottom-fermenting from the region Canton of Vaud in Switzerland.
Light amber colour, bright white foam. Independent nose, fruity notes, some green apple and pineapple, harmoniously complemented by hop nuances and malty caramel notes. Pleasantly light and elegant on the palate with a fine mousse, some honey and raisin notes, as well as ripe malt nuances. Even shows a certain fruity freshness on the harmonious finish.
