Light yellow gold, brilliantly clear. Vegetal bitter notes (tomato leaf) on the nose, accompanied by green fruit. Slender attack, beautifully effervescent. Fruity notes of gooseberry, noticeable acidity. The finish is dry and tart, typical of the variety.
