Magnolia - Witbier from the brewery Birrificio Rethia has been rated with 96 Falstaff points . It is a Belgian top-fermented beer from the region Trentino in Italy.
Light yellow colour with a light cloudiness. Clear citrus nuances on the nose with light notes of cereals and spices. On the palate, initially clear notes of coriander seeds, then light sweetness and citrus flavours. Subtle bitterness comes through at the end, pleasantly tangy. Very balanced with a beautiful balance of flavours and aromas typical of the style! Goes well with seafood, poultry and salads.
