Chestnut brown colour with a white foam and slight cloudiness. Light notes of ripe banana and grain on the nose. Light sweetness on the palate, followed by an evident bitterness that lingers for a long time. Initially slightly fruity, with notes of dried fruit, and very light acidity, accompanied by hints of spices. Full-bodied and tangy. Try it with creamy soft cheese or a fruit dessert!
