Dark yellow and clearly cloudy under pure white foam. Intense savoury aromas - cinnamon, aniseed, pepper. Spicy also in the first sip, supported by a honey-like sweetness. Ginger then dominates the aftertaste, in which bitterness only sets in at the very end.
