Golden yellow and naturally cloudy. Malty aroma of caramel and acacia honey, accompanied by a subtle bitterness. Fruity and mild on the palate, subtle residual sweetness makes for a lovely character ("almost Christmassy"). The bitterness has a good balancing effect on the finish.
