Tasting from 11.04.2025: Roland Graf
Rich amber hue, good mousse and an aroma clearly reminiscent of apple cider vinegar. Also on the palate it shows with pronounced malic acidity, which ensures tight spaces and drinking flow. "You have to like it", but definitely very appetising.
