Tasting from 20.02.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Notes of jasmine blossom and ginger, followed by spicy, peppery nuances. Slightly sweet on the palate with more intense green tea aromas, again spicy nuances. Fine carbonic acid, harmonious, only subtly tart aftertaste. Finishes juicy.
