It has a vibrant neon-pink appearance. The nose reveals notes of rose, as well as lemon zest and ginger. The carbonation is pronounced, serving as a "filler" as well as adding to the pure enjoyment of the drink. A subtle hint of quinine bitterness rounds out the flavor.
