Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
A rather "crisp" aroma is reminiscent of lime zest and lemon juice. Fine carbonic acid persistently carries the elegant lemon flavour. The tart notes of the tonic come through strongly in the last third. This will please all "highballers".
