Complex, slightly fermentative nose with notes of dark roasted coffee, herbs and a hint of ginger. Slightly bitter coffee nuances on the palate, accompanied by herbs, nuances of cardamom and ginger. Slight sweetness and dense body. Medium-long, slightly fizzy finish.
