Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Brownish, clear yellow orange. Independent nose, notes of chamomile, dried quinces and apples, some pear cordial. Clearly fruity on the palate with beautiful breadth and again intense herbal notes. Shows a certain grip and a medium-long finish with fruit nuances. Quite sweet for pure enjoyment.
