Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Sweet citrus notes, a hint of elderberry and the clear scent of rue are carried to the nose by the carbon dioxide. The fine carbonation and the tart touches buffer the sweetness. If it weren't for the light straw colour, you would exclaim "Cola!" out loud.
