Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Practical for the bar, pure, with lovely citrus fruit notes and elderflower. With soda, the botanical notes become brighter. The sweetness can be adjusted - wonderful when "adulterated" as a cocktail cordial.
