Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Medium white gold colour and persistent mousse. The nose has a cool hint of herbs (lemon balm) and citrus zest, followed by a fresh apple flavour. Powerful on the palate with a subtle fruity sweetness, but a finely acidic finish that makes you feel good.
