Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Delicate with an invigorating freshness on the nose, balanced bitterness and a slight fruitiness are also evident. Good carbonation on the palate, the balance of bitterness, sweetness and freshness is well achieved and is accompanied by pleasantly tart notes.
