Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Initially subtle on the nose, the light fruit flavours gain strength over time. A fine mousse and noticeable sweetness in the first sip, then the fruity notes of peach come to the fore, accompanied by tart, slightly bitter nuances. The finish is piquant and subtly floral.
