Tasting from 20.02.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Cloudy golden yellow. Notes of herbal extracts, dried rose petals and grapes on the nose, subtle liquorice. Clearly sweet and rather dense on the palate, again with intense floral and herbal notes, balanced acidity. Lingers for a medium length of time. Lingers with a subtle spiciness.
