Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer
Golden yellow in colour and a fruity, fresh aroma with bergamot, light acidity and subtle tea notes. Gentle on the palate and acidic at the start. The bergamot is evident again on the finish, along with noticeable fruit acids and subtly tart tea. Lean, dry body and a finish that finishes fruity and fresh.
