Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Delicately cloudy, light yellow colour that contrasts with the expressive aroma. Sliced ginger with fresh, almost woody notes and a subtle spiciness on the nose. Good mousse on the palate. Lingering spiciness and a broad ginger flavour.
