Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
A beautiful gold colour. Pronounced apple notes, with fresh "Granny Smith" apple notes, also savoury notes (green peppers). A powerful mousse, extremely dry in style, reminiscent of a "Blanc de Noirs" with notes of apple peel and citrus fruit.
