Tasting from 27.03.2026: Roland Graf
White-golden appearance; almost smoky touch (grilled yellow peppers) at the beginning, then apricot blossoms and ringed peppers. Compact on the palate after quince; served spritzed, it releases an elegant sour note reminiscent of lemon pulp.
