Tasting from 27.03.2026: Roland Graf
Bright yellow and a tart, acidic melange of quince, camomile and salted lemon. Almost astringent in its pure form, it develops a wonderful refreshment with soda: lemon zest and albedo, fine herbal notes (lemon balm and lemongrass).
