Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer
Fully ripe tropical fruit on the nose, accompanied by a subliminal acidity. Juicy and fruity on the palate with recognisable tropical fruit such as passion fruit, good mousse, slightly earthy tea notes on the mid-palate, a fruity acidity continues into the dry, refreshing finish.
