Absinthe is one of the world's most legendary spirits. It is a Swiss cultural asset, was previously used as a medicine and inspired poets and painters. Apparently “the green fairy” also drove some people crazy and was therefore banned for a long time. Today it is legal again and more popular than it has been for a long time.
