The bar menu is pulled out in the evening at the latest: the all-day bar offers a wide range of top-quality cocktails. From aperitivi and sours to highballs and mules - there is guaranteed to be nothing missing. The bar can be proud of its own creations such as the "1090 Sprizz" with honey cordial and mirtillo.
Here, entrepreneurial spirit merges with an upscale culture of enjoyment: inside, a modern, elegant bar area is impressive, while outside, the roof terrace beckons with a spectacular view of the Ötscher - including a real wow moment. The bar opens its doors to everyone, at any time and for any occasion. Summer favourite: the "Frozen Basil Mojito".
The Schindler is a chameleon: during the day and in the evening, for celebrating or relaxing with friends and engaging in conversation over a glass of wine. A classic whiskey sour tastes just as good here as new creations, a beer or high-quality spirits straight up. Tip: the "Mexican Mule" with padrecito and gingerberry.
Even in the cooler months of the year, it gets warm in the unique premises as the event and ball season opens. The rest of the year is spent at the bar or on the spacious terrace enjoying the cool music - until four in the morning. Fruity and creamy cocktails and long drinks are mixed.
With the motto "casual fine drinking", Lukas Buttazoni and Stefan Köb have hit a nerve: From a caffeinated start to the day to a late-night drink, the emphasis is on moments that are suitable for posting. Fresh and creative surprises are a regular feature: highball specials, cocktails with seasonal ingredients and mixologist's special shots.
Not only the fresh, uncomplicated Asian cuisine, but also the drinks have long been impressive; even the theme of lemonades is approached creatively here: Basil-cardamom-Szechuan pepper soda is a real wild card on sunny days. In the evening, Far Eastern flavours taste great with a shot in the "Tokyo Mule" and "Thai Basil Smash".
The special "Sundowner" section on the cocktail menu already signals when it's at its best at this one-of-a-kind place. The non-alcoholic drink options have also been expanded so that you can enjoy the sunshine for longer. Wine is "de rigueur" in Burgenland anyway, and is also enjoyed in flint form.
Nothing happens in the stylish bar without a reservation. Meet for breakfast with egg dishes, ham, cakes and delicious coffee. In addition to Prosecco, Champagne and excellent wines, you will be spoilt with classic and creative cocktails - the "Revolver" scores with whisky and Kahlúa coffee liqueur.
The restaurant has enjoyed great popularity for ages. The Frühstock offers exciting combinations. The authentic cuisine has an Asian flavour, the spicy soups are delicious and vegan dishes are also available. Tip of the house: the "Padovani Spritz" with Jameson, Prosecco, elderberry, lemon and a hint of vanilla.
The Kater Noster is a pretty trendy and yet very relaxed place. The simple design, somewhere between industrial and living room, invites you in for coffee and cake, to linger with your laptop or to sink into conversation. The drinks are calm but creative. The bar and cellar can be booked for your own events!
If you were to stack all the wine bottles stored at the Hotel Mader, you would probably end up with a mountain of "thousands", where every centimetre is a pleasure: 3000 bottles are stored in the historic wine cellar, from a wide range of origins. Some of them are opened for connoisseurs as part of a tasting.
