But that would be boring, because the team here is always on the lookout for new "classic & twist" drinks and likes to incorporate wacky syrups. Cool masterclasses and regular guest appearances by cocktail bar friends make things exciting.
A real neighbourhood bar that combines a cosy ambience with a relaxed atmosphere. The selection of drinks is first-class - from after-work drinks to rare spirits and high-end cocktails, everything is on offer here, accompanied by small dishes on request. In good weather, the terrace is the place to be.
In August 2025, the elegant and cosy bar celebrated its tenth anniversary. As well as plenty of party evenings, this was also a good reason to add some new discoveries to the cocktail menu - from the dry and tart Jägermeister-based "One Shot" to the exotic "Silver Fig" with kota pandan liqueur, Imperii gin and fig.
When you order a "Classic Martini" while sitting in a comfortable armchair, the trolley comes over and the drink is mixed live. More exclusivity is hardly possible. The highly trained bar team also spoils its club guests with an impressive range of spirits and great Champagne cocktails.
Getting past the door is not as difficult as you might think given the bar's reputation. The owner duo have made a name for themselves with sustainably designed cocktails (little food waste!). What should you try? Highballs or drink of the week! Please take the Bottled Flamingo home with you!
Bar and lounge, drinking and chilling - Marian Krause's concept is a success and the location is no longer an insider tip. Instead, it is a meeting place for connoisseurs, because this is where fine bar culture is lived and brought into the glass. The menu not only includes classic cocktails, but also some more innovative drinks.
Lots of greenery dominates the hotel bar, which is decorated with a small world of plants. The centrepiece of the modern and cosy location are 16 signature drinks, some of which are refined with unusual ingredients such as caraway, fennel or coriander. The matching herbs come fresh from the green bar wall.

Owner Martin Kramer is a true aficionado when it comes to fine spirits. Behind the counter of his classic American bar in the old town, he conjures up great signature drinks such as the "French Bramble" or a Champagne version of the "Old Cuban". Don't worry: ageing bachelors are by no means the largest group of guests in this bar, which has long since become a classic.
