"Warm Dishes" Bars in Innsbruck
The talented bar team led by Yannik Seeber is bringing new attention to the rooftop bar. Besides the unbeatable party atmosphere the drinks also take centre stage. With creations like the "Bloody Hell" (a potent tequila shot!) and even mocktails, they've got a lot to offer. This keeps them on track with their motto "We groove the roof!"
Everything in the stylishly designed Pfiff Bar is well thought out: the spirits are carefully selected and the bar's history is told in beautiful anecdotes on the menu. It also includes sensitively curated drink favourites such as the "Between the sheets" with cognac, rum and orange liqueur. Very attentive team.
The colourful and cosy interior with lots of wood and soft seating niches quickly makes you feel at home in your living room. The cocktail menu is creative and constantly evolving - because there is no room for the boring in the glasses of the competent team at the bar. The wide selection of beers also deserves attention.
The Schindler is a chameleon: during the day and in the evening, for celebrating or relaxing with friends and engaging in conversation over a glass of wine. A classic whiskey sour tastes just as good here as new creations, a beer or high-quality spirits straight up. Tip: the "Mexican Mule" with padrecito and gingerberry.
The pizzeria is all about aperitif culture. It's easy to forget that you were actually here for the delicious pizza and pasta. How about an "Italian Paloma" with Campari, fresh grapefruit juice and lemonade after work on Piazza Bolzano, for example? Pleasant: lots of great non-alcoholic alternatives.
In conjunction with a visit to the steakhouse or even with the bar as a declared destination: this bar is well worth a stop. After-dinner specials or strong whiskey drinks go well with the grilled food on the plate, and the classics are top-notch. But even without alcohol, there are tangy, fresh alternatives in the glass.
The crowd, staff, drinks and snacks at Moustache are at least as cool as the mix of upholstered armchairs and vaulted charm. The "Phat Philly Sandwich" is accompanied by mules, sours or a "Fig Margarita". Shots, frizzantes and non-alcoholics are also a must. Sundays: "Loaded Waffles" to combat any hangovers.
The Kater Noster is a pretty trendy and yet very relaxed place. The simple design, somewhere between industrial and living room, invites you in for coffee and cake, to linger with your laptop or to sink into conversation. The drinks are calm but creative. The bar and cellar can be booked for your own events!
During the day a wine bar and a place for the best coffee or fresh juices - in the evening a chic cocktail bar on Stadtforumplatz. The food is top-notch - it comes straight from the Sitzwohl kitchen - and the drinks are mixed with just as much expertise and competence. The recommendations are always spot on. Open Champagne and sake!
