The Botanist – plant-based restaurant & bar

A vegetarian restaurant and bar located just around the corner from Warsaw's central street, Nowy Świat. It seems to be designed for sharing. Sharing food - as the menu is filled with large and small plates meant to be placed at the center of the table for a friendly company to enjoy. Sharing imaginative cocktails made from herbs and plants, such as rosemary syrup or coconut water – because it's at least intriguing. Sharing experiences, as there will be plenty of them, we promise.

In the vegetarian restaurant and bar, the cocktails are flavoured with herbal essences and decorated with vegan protein substitutes. Creative creations such as »Fig Tree Sour« and »Rainbow Rita« not only sound good, but lso impress with their presentation and flavour. Thanks to the small but fine selection of mocktails, you don't have to worry about missing out without alcohol.
