Martin Bornemann and Norbu Tsering run their neighbourhood cocktail bar with a lot of passion and dedication for unusual cocktail creations. Spiced up with seasonal ingredients and spirits from their own distillery in the backyard, the commitment to the region is also evident in the wines.
