The Schenk family serves seasonal delicacies all year round in the panelled parlour. Wines from their own production are served with hearty pancetta, Schlutzkrapfen and Tirtlen with cabbage or spinach. Many guests also come to the beautiful farm for Törggelen.
The organic concept has been practiced on the farm for a long time: On the farm, in the winery with PIWI varieties and in the Buschenschank under one roof. Much of the produce is home-grown, and Grey cattle have an important role. Kaminwurzen (smoked sausage), and bacon are always available, Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli) and fluffy dumplings on a rotating basis.
The impressive farmhouse built into a steep slope, which was first mentioned in documents in 1379, is a real eye-catcher. The historic farmhouse parlour is accompanied by dishes with heart and taste made from regional ingredients, with many products coming from the farm itself. This also applies to the wine.
Winegrowing has been practiced here for hundreds of years, the Buschenschank has a long tradition and the old barn has been turned into a modern vacation apartment. The Törggelen classics can all be found on the menu: Schlutzkrapfen, barley soup, Kaminwurzen sausages, cheese or potato leaves with cabbage.
The cellar and the beautiful wood-panelled parlour with rough stone walls are rustic. Special features of the centuries-old residence are the home-brewed beer and sensational fruit ice cream in ever-changing variations. The farm is also very popular at Törggelen time - you can enjoy a bacon snack or sausages.
The picture-book tavern attracts guests with its sun terrace and cozy parlours. The seasonal cycle is reflected in the dishes: in spring there are delicacies with asparagus and wild garlic, fawn and roast lamb, in fall pumpkin, chestnuts and roasted ribs. Home-made wines round off the offer.

The Buschenschank with a panoramic view of Brixen is located on the Keschtenweg. It is pleasantly quiet and informal here. Home-baked farmhouse bread, Kaminwurzen sausages and farmhouse smoked bacon are served for snacks. Pork ribs, roasts and homemade cakes are also on the menu. Own wine production!
At the Vallazza family's beautiful hereditary farm, you will be spoiled all round - with a mountain panorama, warm hospitality, homemade products such as juices, mixed milk drinks with fruit from the garden and Ladin classics. Tirtlen, stuffed dumplings and potato pancakes are particularly popular.
The stone vault is atmospheric, and the farm's own distillery only uses fruit from the farm's own cultivation for schnapps and liqueurs. Törggelen is very popular in the fall, and the small, fine menu also offers traditional classics such as Schlutzkrapfen, hearty soups and rustic pastries.
The view from this magnificent old farmhouse over the Merano basin and the Adige Valley is a real treat. Farmer's wife Martha Thaler serves delicious down-to-earth dishes such as bacon dumpling soup, goulash and, of course, delicious farmer's doughnuts on the sun terrace or in the cozy farmhouse parlour.

The Pallweber family's Törggele cellar is a real attraction. They serve their own Vernatsch, Gewürztraminer and fruit juices, accompanied by a hearty snack with bacon, smoked sausages and cheese. Schlutzkrapfen and delicious dumpling variations are a must. Followed by an apple brandy.
The two farmhouse parlours are cosy and the magnificent farm is almost entirely self-catering. The farm's own pigs provide the meat for delicious butcher's platters, roast pork, bacon and sausages. The bread is also homemade, accompanied by Gewürztraminer, Vernatsch or Zweigelt.
The farm is home to a schnapps distillery run by junior boss Daniel - quince and plum are a dream. They also produce their own wine and serve bacon snacks, and the cheese dumplings are unbeatable. At Törggele time, you should try the crispy potato leaves on sauerkraut.

The cuisine is wonderfully down-to-earth. Highlights include dandelion salad, dumplings, and farmhouse doughnuts.
