How do you calculate the AirHelp Score?

The experts evaluated 239 airports in 69 countries. These are the busiest und beliebtesten Airports aus über 4.000 Flughäfen weltweit. Für sie erhob man Daten über die Pünktlichkeit, bezogen auf Reisen, die zwischen dem 1. Mai 2023 und dem 30. April 2024 stattfanden. Als “pünktlich” galt dabei jeder Flug, der within 15 minutes is actually there after the published arrival time. This factor accounts for 60 percent of the rating.
